When matching the breaker with the excavator, the following three issues should be considered:

First, consider the flow rate of excavators

Second, consider the lifting capacity of the excavator

The breaker is a device that is installed on the excavator for use. Therefore, the lifting capacity the excavator should be able to withstand the weight of the breaker. Otherwise, there is a possibility of the excavator overturning, and it cannot be competent for work, and there are safety hazards.

Third, consider the discharge pressure of the excavator

The maximum discharge pressure of the excavator should be higher than the working of the breaker so that the breaker can exert the best force. Generally, the working pressure of the excavator should be higher than the working pressure of the breaker by30-40 bar.
